Deed: Morrison Property, 1892-1915

Correspondence between Father Pantanella and John Brisben Walker. Walker was unable to make payments on the Morrison property and Father Pantanella put the fist down. Original warranty deeds transferring the Morrison property from Sacred Heart College to John Brisben Walker. He would go on to develop the land and create a famous ampitheatre.
