Years of correspondence between various individuals tied to Regis and John O'Connell. Many letters referencing O'Connell Farm as well. This land in Bent County was left to Regis College in the 1930s. The generous gift helped alleviate the financials struggles of the institution. Due to the generous gift the new building on campus was named after John O' Connell. O'Connell Hall. Some tension exists between O'Connell's family and the institution over the legitimacy of the will and potential coercion.
