Deeds and Correspondence: O'Connell Farms, 1931-1957

Mainly correspondence regarding the John Martin Reservoir project. This required land held by Regis College to be sold to the government for the reservoir. This initially was planned by Franklin Roosevelt during the depression era but did not become completed until the 1940s. Maps are included of the properties that would be affected by the project. Also various papers dealing with farming/grazing leases of properties between Regis and tenants.
