Mostly correspondence between John P. Akolt (who acted as a lawyer for Regis College) and Regis College regarding the sale of properties. H. H. Schumann assisted in the sale of properties as well, he knew them better than anyone and ensured that the values were correct/fair. Important to note that after a decade acting as farm manage Schumann relocated to Leadville to work as a banker in 1945.
