Deeds and Abstracts: Fraser Property, 1881-1925

Warranty deeds transferring the Fraser property between Cozen family members and eventually to Regis. The Cozens welcomed the Jesuits for summer visits over the span of many years and eventually gifted their property to the family. Abstract of titles are included within this folder. Documents signed by various United States Presidents exist, this property was initially settled via the Homestead Act of 1862.
