Proposals: Fraser and Havana Properties, 1969-1971

Gabor Cseh proposal to purchase Regis land holdings in Fraser. The proposal is for a large amount of money with hopes of developing the "Devil's Thumb Ski Area." A small area would be left to the college and the Texas group offered to build infastructure on the land for Regis and offer discounted ski passes to all students and staff.
