1978 appraisal of the Maryvale/Fraser properties. Regis Education Corporation maintained the largest privately owned tract of land in the Winter Park area. In the 1970s the land was mostly undeveloped and still being sold for ranch purposes. The appraisal takes into account the potential of the property in the future in regard to development. Anticipating that prices would increase as Winter Park developed into a resort destination for summer/winter tourists.
